| In the summer of 1999 some members of the Losos lab (Jonathan, Manuel, Rich) traveled to Cuba to study anoles. We were joined by several US and Cuban colleagues. We visited the three localities on the map below. Click on Marea del Portillo for more information on that site. Overall, we saw more than 25 species of anoles and plenty of other cool herps.
