We would prefer payment to be made by check drawn on a USA bank (make checks payable to “Washington University”), but we can also accept payment by credit or debit card.

We would like a separate form to be completed for each person attending (i.e. for both delegates and accompanying persons).

There will be a flexible program for accompanying persons, as far as possible allowing individual preferences to be catered for.

Please note that there are only 30 tickets available for the baseball game on Sunday, and these will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
